Quirin, Dutch by passport but Bourgondisch at heart, spends his Sundays chasing ingredients and cooking without recipes. For him, bringing people together means flavor, detail, and care in every dish. Lena grew up in the French Alps between restaurant owners, farmers and wine makers, where food is a love language and no glass is ever left empty. She knows her products inside out and never compromises on quality or health benefits

Our journey started at a restaurant with an olive oil that made us rethink everything. That’s when we noticed a simple truth: most people cook with olive oil that’s anything but great. With Quirin’s expertise in business development and logistics, Lena’s background in marketing and branding, and our true love for food, we know we can build a brand to bring the actual good stuff to the right people.
