Easy! Select Subscribe & Save when adding our olive oil to your cart. When signing up, you can choose to get your oil delivered every two weeks , every month, or every other month. But you can always pause, skip or gift any shipment! You have the flexibility to add, remove, and swap products at any time. For any help, just write to us at info@verde-club.com, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Of course. Verde Club is built to be flexible. You can adjust how often and how much refills you want to receive depending on how much you’re cooking and pouring. Log in to your account and click “Manage My Subscription.” From there, you can view the details and adjust your plan to fit your needs. You’ll also find a direct link to manage your subscription in the confirmation email you received with your first order.
No problem! If you’re away, you can easily pause your subscription anytime. Just log in to your account and click “Manage My Subscription” to skip or delay your next delivery. You’ll also find a direct link in your order confirmation email. That way, your olive oil will arrive exactly when you need it, never when you don’t.
We would be really sad to see you leave, but you’re free to cancel whenever you’d like. Just head to your account, click Manage My Subscription, then See More Details on your order and choose Cancel. You’ll also find a direct link in your confirmation email. We’ll be sad to see you go (the Club is always better with you in it!) but you’ll always have the freedom to choose what works best for you.

We always aim for next-day delivery within the Netherlands, though it can sometimes take 1–3 days. Since we ship from Amsterdam, deliveries to Germany, Belgium, and France usually take 2–4 days. Need it faster? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to arrange an express shipment for you right away!

If your order is slightly delayed, you’ll automatically receive an email with a tracking link. Most delays are caused by the carrier, not us, and are usually short. If your order takes longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

We ship all Verdé Club orders with GLS, a reliable carrier that ensures your oil arrives safely and on time.
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on Verdé Club oil. Every bottle is carefully checked before it leaves us, so you can enjoy it with confidence. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution right away.
