Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just email us at info@verde-club.com with your order number, or use the model form at the bottom of this page.

Our olive oil is food, so we can only take back products that are still sealed and unopened. Once a bottle or pouch has been opened, it can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Sending products back

After you've let us know, please send the products back within 14 days to: Verdé Club, Sarphatipark 12, 1072 PA Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The cost of sending them back is yours, unless the product was damaged or wrong.

Your refund

We refund what you paid, including the standard shipping cost of your original order, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until the products are back with us. The refund goes to the payment method you used.

Damaged, leaking or wrong?

That's on us. Email a photo to info@verde-club.com and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.
