Where we ship
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: €3.95, and free on orders of €30 or more.
- France: €5.95 on orders under €25, €2.95 from €25, and free from €40.
- Verdé Duo subscriptions always ship free.

Delivery times
We pack every order by hand and ship it from Amsterdam with GLS. Within the Netherlands most orders arrive in 2 working days. Belgium, Germany and France usually take 2 to 4 working days. There are no deliveries at the weekend, so an order placed on a Thursday or Friday usually arrives early the next week.
Our refill pouches are flat, so they fit through most letterboxes and you don't need to be home.
Following your order
When your order ships, we send you an email. If your parcel has a tracking link, you'll find it in that email and in your account.
Damaged or missing?
If something arrives damaged or leaking, or your parcel doesn't show up, email us at info@verde-club.com, with a photo if something is damaged. We'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
