2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every order you place on verde-club.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

3. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos show the product but small differences are possible. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Your order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price on the site is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order. If so, we let you know and refund you in full.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods offered there. Subscription orders are charged as described in our subscription policy.

6. Delivery

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Costs and delivery times are in our shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Opened products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. How this works is explained in our refund policy.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions have no minimum term and can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time. See our subscription policy.

9. Quality and complaints

Our products come with the legal guarantee that they are as described and fit for use. If something isn't right, email us at info@verde-club.com. We reply within 14 days and do our best to find a good solution.

10. Liability

We're not liable for indirect damage, unless the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If we can't solve a dispute together, it can be brought before the competent court.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
